The beginning of watch for any officer is a special time not just for the officer, but also for their family. It is the start of a lifetime of service to a cause greater than one's self. It is a call to a lifetime of sacrifice and dedication because it is the right thing to do. It is something that many wish to do but less than a fraction of 1% of the country is to accomplish.
To commemorate this momentous occasion, the First Responder Whiskey Society has partnered with the California Association of Highway Patrolmen (CAHP) to release the CHP Academy Graduation whiskey bottle. This is the perfect way to celebrate the start of a rewarding and fulfilling career in law enforcement. These bottles make amazing keepsakes as well as gifts. As a bonus, proceeds from the sale of each bottle are donated to the California Association of Highway Patrolmen.
The bottle is handmade and features the graduate’s name, the beginning of watch, and the academy class on each bottle. The bottle boasts superior quality work compared to other engravings because it is sandblasted, not just etched. The whiskey is a delicious straight bourbon aged a minimum of 3 years, then double aged for a minimum of 6 months in small charred oak barrels.
The bottles can be shipped across the United States except for the restricted states of Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Utah.
